· Gift Certificates can only be redeemed by the person whose email address appears on the Certificate. DO NOT include a recipient email address if you are not sure to whom you are giving the Gift Certificate, or if you plan to print and deliver it personally (i.e. not sent via email).

· While Purchasers of Gift Certificates are not required to have a PayPal account, Recipients must have or sign up for one in order to redeem a Gift Certificate. (This safeguard is intended to protect all parties involved.)

· Gift Certificates are delivered with full instructions on how to redeem.

· If a Gift Certificate is sent to the wrong email address or is lost, it can be cancelled or refunded at no charge within 60 days of the purchase date.
