If you complete a Quilt Questionnaire or otherwise contact Legacy Quilts, we may collect the following types of information from you:

Contact and Personal information - your name, address, phone, email and other information pertaining to inquiring about or ordering a quilt or quilting services.
Financial information on a limited basis - Legacy Quilts will accept checks and money orders as payment for products and services, but all credit card and other back transactions are handled through PayPal. Legacy Quilts is not party to any bank account numbers or credit card numbers that you link to your PayPal account.
